5/5 Visibility Method™ Terms

1. Overview

The 5/5 Visibility Method™ is a signature video content service by The Reel Factor, delivering five vertical Reels and five Stories per campaign. These Terms outline the scope, payment terms, usage rights, and conditions of all campaign and retainer agreements.

2. Scope of Services

Each 5/5 Visibility Method™ campaign includes the following base deliverables:

One (1) virtual planning session (up to 60 minutes)
Up to two (2) hours of on-location video production within a 30-mile radius of Knoxville, TN or Chicago, IL
Single-location shoot with basic interview setup and standard B-roll footage
Production and delivery of five (5) short-form vertical videos (≤ 60 seconds) formatted as Reels
Production and delivery of five (5) short-form vertical videos (≤ 30 seconds) formatted as Stories
Light editing, captions, and text overlays optimized for social platforms
Delivery of final assets via digital download folder

3. Pricing Structure

Single Campaigns start at $1,950
Retainer Options:
3-Month Term: Starting at $1,700/month
6-Month Term: Starting at $1,450/month
12-Month Term: Starting at $1,000/month
Prepayment Discount: Clients who prepay the full term of a retainer agreement are eligible for a 5% discount.
All pricing reflects the base scope only. Additional services will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

4. Add-on Services

Additional services are not included in base pricing and may incur added fees. These include but are not limited to:
Drone footage (weather and FAA-compliant availability dependent)
Scriptwriting, content development, or storyboarding
Filming at multiple locations or on multiple dates
Travel beyond 30 miles of Knoxville, TN or Chicagoland area (mileage and/or day rate applies)
On-site hair, makeup, or wardrobe styling
Additional lighting, gear, crew, or production complexity
Voiceover talent or additional on-camera talent
Custom motion graphics or advanced animation
Caption writing, hashtag research, or social media rollout planning
Analytics reporting, content coaching, or performance consulting
Expedited turnaround or rush delivery
Any modifications to the base service must be agreed upon in writing and may require a revised quote.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full prior to production.

Campaigns and retainers will not be scheduled until payment is received.

Clients choosing a monthly retainer will be invoiced on the 1st of each month.

A 5% late fee will apply for invoices unpaid beyond 7 days of the due date.

Early termination of any retainer agreement forfeits discounted pricing; completed campaigns will be retroactively billed at the single campaign rate of $1,950 per campaign.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule shoots with a minimum of 7 business days’ notice.

Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a $250 fee.

The Reel Factor reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances

7. Rights & Usage

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered video content for promotional and marketing purposes.

Content may not be resold or distributed to third parties without express written consent.

The Reel Factor retains the right to use final work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Limitations of Liability

The Reel Factor will make every effort to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for platform performance, audience engagement, or marketing outcomes resulting from the use of produced content.

Liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
