Before we stepped in, MediSpa at Choto’s video presence was hit-or-miss—great treatments, but posts were sporadic and didn’t tell the full story. As one of the top medspas in town, their expertise and personalities weren’t coming through on social. The work was excellent; the content just wasn’t consistent or strategic.


SOLUTION
We built a simple, repeatable system of monthly themes where each staff member steps on camera to teach what they know and show what they love. Educational reels, treatment breakdowns, and light testimonial moments give structure and consistency, while a unified visual style ties it all together. The result: a steady cadence of expert-led content that reflects the caliber of care—and turns followers into booked appointments.
